Returns and Exchanges
Unused products may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt, provided that they are in perfect condition and are returned complete, in their undamaged original packaging, with all original tags and price labels attached.
For discounted products and products that were specially ordered or made according to a customer’s individual request, a handling fee equal to 20% of the sales price will be deducted from any approved refund.
Used, worn, soiled, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, original tags, or price label, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or refuse the refund entirely.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are borne by the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the products and the shipping cost of any replacement order. Parcels sent postage due will not be accepted.
These return and exchange conditions do not affect justified claims relating to defective or incorrectly delivered products.

SwitzerlandWe will inspect the returned products after receiving them. Provided that the return conditions are met, we will issue the corresponding credit or refund. Any applicable fees or deductions for loss of value will be deducted from the refund amount.
To receive a different product, size, or version, please place a new order for the desired products in our webshop. Returned products will not be exchanged directly.
