General terms and conditions

  1. All prices are in CHF. The offers and stock levels are non-binding.
  2. Online shop orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt and delivered if these products are in stock.
  3. Delivery times and availability can be seen on each individual product page. The information is non-binding.
  4. For orders of products that are not in stock, we rely on short-term deliveries from suppliers. We will inform you immediately after your order about availability and the delivery date.
  5. The prices are generally net prices, and an additional discount is possible when purchasing larger quantities. Special offers are deducted from additional discounts.
  6. A contract is only concluded after we have checked and confirmed the conditions.

  2. For deliveries of goods to countries outside Switzerland, import duties may subsequently be incurred, which the customer must bear. These vary in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the correct payment of the necessary customs duties and fees. Import duties are not included in the shipping costs

  3. Deliveries abroad are charged with Swiss sales tax (VAT). The customer can claim back the tax in the delivery country at their own responsibility, provided that the applicable import duties have been paid.
  1. Unused and originally packaged goods can be exchanged within 10 days of acceptance. Provided that the desired product is available. If we cannot supply a replacement, the right of return applies.
  2. All shipping costs for exchanges and returns must be paid by the buyer.
  3. If you are not satisfied with the goods, unused and originally packaged goods can be returned to us within 10 days of acceptance. We will refund the purchase amount or create a voucher code. On discounted products and on factory ordered goods, we will increase the sales price by 20% as compensation in the event of cancellation.
  4. Used and worn products cannot be exchanged or returned. Products can only be returned in their original packaging.
  5. Vouchers are excluded from the right of return.

  2. Cancellations within 1 week before the course begins are free of charge. For later cancellations, a fee of 30% of the training costs will be charged. For cancellations within 24 hours before the course begins, the full course fee will be charged.
  3. In the event of bad weather or wind, the teacher decides whether the training will continue. If no lessons are possible, the course participant will receive a voucher for lessons already paid, proportional to the missing hours.
  1. The provisions of Swiss law apply, even if orders are placed from abroad or delivered abroad.
  2. In the event of differences, the German version of the General Terms and Conditions shall be used as a reference.
  3. The place of jurisdiction for all claims is Maloja Switzerland.
